    The following “terms & conditions” govern the participation in the event organized by Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. (the “event”). By accepting this document, you are recognizing and accepting the fact that Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. will govern you for all the features regarding your participation at the mentioned event and you are recognizing and accepting its features. In case you do not agree with and accept the stated terms and conditions, you will not be allowed to take part in the event.
    Cancellation Policy

    The following cancellation fees are applicable:
    • In case of cancellation before January 7th, 2025: 25% of the entry fee will be returned.
    • In case of cancellation occurring from January 8th, 2025: the entire entry fee will be kept by the organization.
    Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel the Program should any event of force majeure – that is, an event beyond Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.’s reasonable control – occur, including, without limitation: any act of God, riots or insurrections, acts of terrorism, war, civil disturbance, requisitioning, governmental or parliamentary restrictions, prohibitions or enactments of any kind, acts of destruction, fire, flood, heavy rain or snowing (or lack of snow for Winter Events), or any other cause which may prevent the vehicles to be driven safely.
    The Program will resume as soon as the necessary operating conditions are ensured.
    The Participants shall not be entitled to any refund of the sum already paid; Lamborghini shall make its best effort to reschedule the event, but in no case, it shall be deemed liable vis a vis the Participant. Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. reserves the right to cancel the event if it is not reaching the minimum number of 10 participants for each course.
